Welcome to the website of Richard White.
The first car I ever owned was a 1930 Morgan Super Sports three wheeler which I
bought in 1961 for the princely sum of £25. It was the ownership of this Morgan
that led to the start of my business. My hobby and business have been combined
to this day. My main interest was racing and hillclimbing starting with the
Morgan, then a Cooper 500, Cooper Junior and a McLaren M10B Formula 5000.
In 1976 the Morgan was sold to fund the McLaren ( a decision I have regretted
over the years) but, in May 2003 I was able to re-acquire the Morgan from the
Estate of the gentleman I sold it to in 1976. The car has now
been fully restored and is pictured above, although it is not for sale
I keep a small collection of cars for sale, mainly being of the Edwardian /
Vintage era as this is the period of car I tend to like.
I am based in picturesque East Leicestershire with excellent links to the
motorway network and also East Midlands and Birmingham airports.
